With time increase the mix amount and fermented foods too, to improve the digestion. The kefir has certain grains and milk that is full of acids, B vitamins, minerals and proteins, all good for intestines.
This combo detoxifies the gut and removes the E.coli while it keeps the good bacteria since it is probiotic and has healthy yeasts.
The flaxseed has omega 3 fat acids and alpha-linoleic acid that removes the waste. Soak this in water and eat it after that for colon cleanse. Also, grind the flaxseed and soothe the digestive system.
Have this mix 2-3 times a week for 15 days. The immunity will be perfect.
HOW TO MAKE THIS:
Get ¼ glass kefir, then add 1 tbsp kefir and drink this 2 times a day. In the morning and at night before bed.
After 2 weeks you can pause for 2 days and again repeat.
